Welcome to Colon Cancer Alliance's Tribute website!

Colon Cancer Alliance's Tributes program lets you create a web page to honor or memorialize a friend, family member or loved one. Each page tells the story of a special person and provides the opportunity to make an online donation to CCA in their honor. It's a meaningful way to support the vital work of ending the suffering caused by colorectal cancer.

Here are just a few examples of ways you can use our Tributes:

• Memorialize a loved one
• Celebrate a wedding or anniversary
• Introduce your friends to CCA by being a grassroots fundraiser

Clicking the Find a Tribute button displays a search page that you can use to locate the Tribute Page of someone you know and care about.

Clicking the Create a Tribute button displays the set of pages you can use to create your Tribute to honor or memorialize a person dear to you (called the Honoree). After naming your fund and providing basic information about it, you (the Tribute champion) can:

• Tell your story about the Honoree and why you are championing this cause
• Upload a digital photo of the person to be featured on the Tribute Page
• Provide the street and email address of the Honoree, or a designated Next of Kin contact, that can be notified when gifts are made to the fund
• Provide a personal donation as the Initial Gift to the Tribute
• After creating the Tribute, you can access the Champion Center to personalize your Tribute Page, send email to your family and friends to ask them to visit your Tribute, and more
